Marsella Bakery Affiliate Program: Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Marsella Bakery Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

To participate in the Marsella Bakery Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old.
Affiliates can be existing partners (agents, retailers, or institutions) of Marsella Bakery or general individuals who are interested in promoting our products.

Affiliates will earn a commission of Ksh. 500 for every successful referral that results in a new partner registration (agents, retailers, or institutions) with Marsella Bakery.
A successful referral means that the referred party has completed the registration process on the Marsella Bakery website and has signed the contact agreement, becoming an officially registered partner.

Affiliates will receive a unique referral link to share with potential new agents, retailers, or institutions.
Referrals must be directed through the affiliate’s unique referral link, and the referred individual or business must complete the registration form and submit it for processing.
Referrals will only be counted if the referred party is a new, unregistered entity at the time of referral.

Affiliates will earn Ksh. 500 for every successful referral that results in a new partner registration.
Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis via Mpesa or bank transfer, depending on the affiliate’s preference.
Affiliates must ensure that the payment details provided are correct to avoid delays in commission payments.
Marsella Bakery reserves the right to withhold or cancel commission payments if fraudulent activities are detected.

Payments will be processed at the end of each month, and the affiliate will receive a summary of their commissions.
Payments will be made by the 15th of the following month after the referral has been confirmed as a successful registration.

Affiliates must ensure that all marketing materials, links, and content shared are aligned with Marsella Bakery’s brand guidelines and values.
Affiliates should not engage in any misleading or deceptive advertising practices to gain referrals.
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining and securing their account and login information.

Affiliates must not make false claims or misrepresent Marsella Bakery or its products in any way.
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in spamming, such as sending unsolicited messages to individuals or businesses, to generate referrals.
Affiliates must not offer incentives or rewards to potential partners in exchange for signing up.

Marsella Bakery reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice. If the program is terminated, affiliates will still receive commission payments for referrals made up until the termination date.
Changes to the terms and conditions may be made at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. In such cases, any outstanding commissions for successful referrals will be paid, provided the requirements of the program are met.
Marsella Bakery reserves the right to remove an affiliate from the program if they fail to comply with the terms and conditions or engage in unethical behavior.

Marsella Bakery will not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the affiliate due to their participation in the Affiliate Program.
The affiliate is solely responsible for any taxes or fees arising from commissions earned.

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

By participating in the Marsella Bakery Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
